Sintra was recommended to us by a barista, and we were so happy he said something because this place is absolutely amazing. The bacon mozzarella omelet is to die for, and the staff is helpful and attentive.

Really great breakfast in the heart of downtown Bend. Slightly more expensive than I anticipated ($35-ish for two breakfasts and two coffees) but MAN it was good, and worth it. We had a sausage scramble and the steak and eggs. High-quality ingredients and recipe. The steak was great; it had an awesome open-flame char-broil flavor to it. Highly recommended.
